Mazina tortillas are shelf stable, made from a blend of wheat flour and Maseca corn flour. With a distinctive artisan appearance, excellent flavor, and outstanding performance similar to flour tortillas, Mazina tortillas provide versatility across the menu. They contain visible bits of corn and pale-yellow color for unique visual appeal. They are flaky, crisp, and have a pastry-like taste and texture when fried. Available in 6ﾔ and 8ﾔ diameters.
