This D.O.P. anniversary bottle — bearing the colors of the Italian flag — is a revelation in taste and aroma with a lovely fruitiness, containing hints of green tomato and sweet almond. Made of 80 percent Biancolilla olives, 10 percent Cerasuola olives, and 10 percent Nocellara del Belice olives, this olive oil is a bouquet for the senses, for which you can thank Manfredi Barbera, a fourth generation Sicilian olive oil producer.
