PREPARING: In a pan heat two tablespoons oil, toast the contents of the package for about a minute, stirring constantly, if you like, add 1⁄2 cup white wine and stir for a few seconds, cover with 650 ml of hot water, not salt and don’t add any seasonings. During cooking, stir occasionally and, if necessary, add a little hot water until cooked (18-20 minutes). When cooked, remove from the heat, stir in pleasure.
