Castelines Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from organic olives grown exclusively in Provence, which is in the south of France. These olives are cold-pressed within six hours of harvest, which retains the natural aroma and full flavor of the olives.
Enjoy this premium French olive oil tossed in salads, drizzled over grilled fish or steamed vegetable, or bread. It makes a wonderful finishing oil for crostini appetizers with cream cheese and fresh herbs.
