Description
Strozzapreti are sticks similar to thin bucatini 5/6 cm long rolled around a knitting needle.
The not very thin pastry and the typical roughness given by the dough allow the seasoning to be enhanced.
Strozzapreti pair well with the classic ragù, but also with other sauces, for example, a simple soffritto made with lard, bacon, parsley, pepper and grated parmesan or a ragù made with mushrooms or beans. Also excellent with sausage, cream and rocket.
