The Ferrarini Selection PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the result of the skilful art of cooking musts and of patient care during aging in ancient oak barrels, in which it is left to rest in our cellars for a period of at least 3 years. so that it reaches its optimal refinement.
A few drops of this black gold contain a penetrating aroma and a balanced flavor in sweet and sour, ideal for enriching salads, aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano , raw vegetables and grilled meats.
