Born from the encounter of Giusti 3 Gold Medals and truffles, this dense condiment is mellow, intense and persistent. The dehydrated black truffle is infused within wooden casks containing Balsamic Vingar, until a complete balance of flavours.
- Ideal on savory pairings based on meat, cheese, eggs, or mushrooms;
- Excellent on fresh pasta, like tagliolini or tagliatelle, risotto with Porcini mushrooms, or Parmigiano cream;
- Great on meat filets or steaks, beef tartare, scrambled eggs or omelets, seasoned cheese, and grilled or fried mushrooms;
- We recommend it on polenta with mushrooms, canapés, pizza, and savoury cakes.
