Hand Wrapped SMOKED Mozzarella,

Made with all natural wood chips smoke the cheese. The result is a smoked mozzarella with a mountain crisp aroma and an abundance of flavor.

This smoked cheese has a light golden brown outer shell and is lightly salted. Its low moisture content makes it ideal for slicing and melting.

Please note: That every fresh mozzarella are hand made at Piccolo’s and are often not exactly the indicated weight; we’ll therefore always ship you a fresh mozzarella that is closest to the indicated weight. This product must be shipped next day air in summer months, 2 days air in winter months.
