A sweet and delicious flour , of an ecru white color obtained by grinding dried chestnuts: once harvested, the chestnuts are in fact dried, cleaned and toasted before being ground and sold as flour.
This flour is suitable for countless sweet preparations such as castagnaccio, sweet polenta, pancakes, but it is also the ideal ingredient for preparing special biscuits and bread, in addition to soft wheat or special pasta, in addition to durum wheat.
