Pastene Italian Chickpeas, 14 oz
Chickpeas called “ceci” in Italian or “Garbanzo Beans” in Spanish, are an excellent nutritional choice. A serving of chick peas, about one half a cup (130g), has about 6 grams of dietary fiber and 7 grams of protein. Chick peas can be served in a number of ways. Heated and seasoned with olive oil or served cold as an addition to any salad.
