Pairs well with Italian charcuterie meats like prosciutto, salami, and even ‘nduja.
This Pecorino Toscano DOP is aged for a minimum of two months, giving it a nutty and somewhat bold flavor. Similar to pecorino siciliano and pecorino romano, this cheese can be grated or shredded over a variety of Italian recipes.
Use this type of cheese as an ingredient in a cacio e pepe. Try it as an alternative to parmigiano reggiano on pizza or salad. Or pair this Italian cheese with cured meats and a bold glass of wine on a charcuterie board.

Pasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, indigenous cultures.
Surface treated with preservatives: E 235, E 202. Inedible crust
