This soup is perfect for those who love thick, rich vegetable soups. The soup’s main ingredient is carrot, which is combined with peas, onions, celeriac, leek, broccoli, cauliflower, kale and garlic. Since this soup contains no ingredients of animal origin, it is suitable for vegetarians.
Preparation: Empty the packet contents into 7.5 dL of lukewarm water and stir with a whisk until the soup boils. Simmer gently for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
