Rebecchi Agar Agar, Vegetable Gelling Agent
L ‘ Agar Agar Cake Nature is a gelling agent and thickening agent which is extracted from red algae. It is suitable for making panna cotta, solid creams or jellies.
Just measure the weight to obtain the desired consistency.
Doses and methods of use:
10 g of Agar Agar powder gels 500 ml of water or other liquid. Bring to the boil for a few minutes on a low heat, stirring in order to prevent the formation of lumps following the chosen recipe.
