Pesto alla Genovese is dedicated to people who love the intense fragrance of the Basil. Pesto alla Genovese is prepared exclusively with fresh basil, Italian grana padano, pecorino romano PDO and other ingredients carefully selected by the chef Saclà. To taste it at its best, it is preferable to little salting the cooking water and use a portion to dilute the sauce.
