EXTRA FIGS JAM
Figs are a well-loved and tasty summer fruit, versatile and full of nutritional properties. It pairs well with both sweets (tarts and muffins) and savoury dishes, with cheeses and salami.
JUST HARVESTED
The fig tree is typical of the Mediterranean scrub: in our family lands the figs grow between drywalls and trulli. We harvest them when they are sufficiently matured and preserve them with sugar and lemon.
