My Dado Classico is the most widespread variety in Italy. It is used to prepare all kinds of dishes. In particular, however, it lends itself well to the preparation of risottos, broths, sauces, omelettes and many meat-based dishes. This is because Il Mio Dado Classico makes every recipe tastier, from the simplest to the most elaborate, by binding and harmonizing the different flavors.

Iodized salt (50.1%) (salt, 0.005% potassium iodate) – Vegetable palm fat – Flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate and disodium inosinate – Extract for broth (with soy) – Extra virgin olive oil (1 %) – Flavors – Vegetables 0,8% (onion 0,3%, carrot 0,25%, parsley 0,2% andcelery0,05%) – Onion extract – Meat extract.
