The bone enhances the beefy depth while helping retain juiciness during cooking. It’s a refined, steakhouse-quality cut perfect for grilling or pan-searing.

  • Each steak measures approx. 8″ and weighs approx. 18 oz.
  • Ribeye filets are shipped frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, store filets in the refrigerator for up to 12 days or keep frozen for up to 6 months.

To Serve

  • If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
  • Cook with your preferred method of grill, stove or oven until filets reach your preferred temperature between 110°-145° F.
    • Rare (Red center, very cool) – 110°F
    • Medium Rare (Red, warm center) – 120°F
    • Medium (Pink throughout) – 130°F
    • Medium Well (Pink center) – 140°F
