Calvi Mosto Classico, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100% Italian Olives
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Mosto Classico” is obtained from a selection of fine Italian olives cold pressed in the first months of the harvest.
Mosto Classico is “mosto” (unfiltered), bottled just as it comes from the mill, after a period of natural decantation.
A sweet oil with a delicate fruity flavour and fresh perfume, makes it an excellent choice for dressing both vegetables and salads, and also more delicate dishes.
The elegantly wrapped bottle (in green foil) ensures complete protection against light for a better preservation of the organoleptic characteristics of the product.
